A local sex worker is attacked and it doesn't take long for Catherine to put two and two together and to arrest a well-known local. As the anniversary of Becky's death coming up, Clare and Daniel help Catherine pull together to give Ryan a happy birthday. Ryan receives a gift from an anonymous sender, all celebrations are cut short and a rift between him and Catherine is soon exposed. Clare is troubled when she learns about Neil's past relationships.
