Entrepreneur and investor Eric Collins heads to Sussex to visit an award-winning artisan bread company in the grip of the pandemic. Alex, CEO of the Sussex Kitchen, is losing customers and in danger of going bankrupt within a month. To make some much-needed dough, Eric has to convince Alex to pivot his business away from wholesale to focus on online customers.
