In the first edition, officers from the homicide team investigate the stabbing of a 15-year-old girl, with DS Denise Knox and DC Kellam Chaytor working against the clock to charge a 23-year-old man. Members of the response team must deal with a distressed female who called 999 saying that her ex-partner has assaulted her.
